A list of flags that new subscribers receive.  The flags include:

  ackdeny
  ackpost
  ackreject
  ackstall
  eliminatecc
  hideaddress
  hideall  
  hidepost
  postblock
  prefix
  replyto
  rewritefrom
  selfcopy

Use the "help set" command to see a detailed description of the flags.

NOTE: These supply defaults for new subscribers. Once subscribed, the
user can change their own settings on a per-list per-subscriber basis.
